
Brian Bailey is an associate in the Firm’s corporate law practice area.
In 2006, he received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Camden and his M.B.A. with a concentration in international business from Rutgers Business School, where he graduated with honors. He was a summer associate with Becker Meisel in 2005. During law school, Mr. Bailey served as a research and teaching assistant for Professor Amy Montemarano and was also a research assistant for Professor Richard Hyland. In 2004, he worked as an intern for the Essex County Prosecutor, Appellate Division.
In addition, Mr. Bailey was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Moot Court at Rutgers School of Law and a member of the Hunter Advanced Moot Court, in which he placed second out of 140 for top oral argument.
Mr. Bailey graduated betta gamma sigma from the University of Colorado at Boulder with his bachelor of science degree in finance and management in 2003. At the University of Colorado, he was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society as well as a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
