Daniel L. Pascoe

Mr. Pascoe is an associate in our litigation department and practices primarily in the areas of health care; civil litigation; real estate finance, investment and development; and construction law.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Pascoe was a housing development analyst in Sacramento, California where he determined the feasibility of various low income housing projects throughout the United States. During law school he was a member of Seton Hall Law Review. Mr. Pascoe also worked as a summer associate at Carpenter, Bennett & Morrisey in Newark, New Jersey, was a Research Assistant for Professor R. Erik Lillquist, an intern for the Honorable Judge Mahlon Fast, Superior Court, Essex County, and a participant in the Housing and Homelessness Clinic of the Center for Social Justice.

Mr. Pascoe is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and Essex County Bar Association.
