
Evan Neadel is an associate in the Firm’s litigation practice group
From September 2006 to August 2007, Mr. Neadel served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, Assignment Judge of Monmouth County, where he was also a judicial intern in the summer of 2004. He served as a law clerk with Becker Meisel from September 2005 to April 2006 and was a summer associate in 2005. In addition, Mr. Neadel was a legislative intern for the Judiciary Committee in the Office of Congressman Darrell Issa in 2002. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars.
Mr. Neadel graduated with his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law in May 2006. At Seton Hall, he was a national finalist in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, in which he received the honor of second best brief and fourth best oral advocate. In addition, he was a regional finalist in the ABA Manhattan Regional Competition.
Mr. Neadel earned his bachelor of arts degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland, College Park in May of 2003. He served as the student attorney and captain of the University of Maryland’s nationally-renowned Intercollegiate Mock Trial Team. This award-winning team finished second at the Eastern Regional Tournament in 2003, sixth in the National Tournament in 2002, and won the American Mock Trial Association National Championship in 2000, where Mr. Neadel was the recipient of the All-American Attorney Award.
