Becker Meisel announces the opening of a new office in Red Bank. The new office is located in the historic Galleria Building, 2 Bridge Avenue. This marks the latest move in a growth trend for the five year old firm, which has received the highest possible rating for both legal ability and ethics in the Martindale Hubbell directory of Attorneys.
In connection with the opening of the Red Bank office, the firm is also pleased
to announce the addition of attorneys Daniel J. O'Hern Jr., retired New Jersey
Supreme Court Justice and former Red Bank Mayor Daniel J. O'Hern and Michael
Holzapfel, all of whom will practice law in the firm's Red Bank office.

Daniel J. O'Hern Jr. is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Law School
and recently joined Becker Meisel from the firm of Carpenter, Bennett, Morrissey,
of Newark.He is a life long resident of Monmouth County with strong roots here, having
lived in Red Bank before moving to Little Silver. O'Hern practices in the
areas of business litigation, municipal court matters, wills, trust and estates.
Retired from the Supreme Court in 2000, former Justice O'Hern comes to Becker
Meisel from the firm of Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione,
of Newark. He will concentrate in the areas of appellate practice, trial practice
and alternative dispute resolution and mediation
