N. Noelle Letcher
Noelle Letcher is a partner in the firm’s litigation group, focusing her practice on product liability and commercial litigation matters for Fortune 100 clients.
Ms. Letcher has litigated a broad range of commercial actions and business torts. She has particular expertise representing financial institutions and product manufacturers and sellers in consumer fraud claims, national retailers in premises liability matters, and corporate entities in restrictive covenants and self-dealing issues.
Ms. Letcher has a keen understanding of her clients’ business operations, and she partners with clients to design litigation, early resolution and settlement strategies which maximize results and achieve corporate objectives.
Her approach is informed by both her years of legal practice and her experience on the industry side, during which she worked with Sony Electronics, Onkyo USA and Starbucks. Her experience and expertise enables Ms. Letcher to appreciate her clients’ day-to-day business concerns and utilize her technical background to quickly grasp complex product and institutional matters in order to maximize both efficiency and results.
Earlier in her legal career, Ms. Letcher clerked for the Honorable Amos C. Saunders, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County.
