of twenty-seven million dollars ($27,000,000.00) and preparation of non-consolidation
opinion for apartment complex in Barnegat, New Jersey;
- Representation of developer in negotiation and preparation of organizational
documents for multi-million dollar project to build approximately 5000
homes in the area of Woodstock, New York;
- Representation of lender in preparation of organizational documents
and non-consolidation opinions for multi-state series of shopping mall
